Return policy

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, FORMULATWOIT SL offers an extended return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 30 days after the date of receipt.
Product Condition: For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging. Used or second-hand products must not show any signs of additional damage.
Refunds: If the product is returned within the extended return period, we will refund the full price of the product. However, the return shipping costs may not be refunded, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the description provided.
Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to make the return.

Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from the time the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; international shipments are excluded). All shipments will be made by the transport company GLS or FedEx depending on the destination.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the delivery address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be shown in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination

Can I request the delivery of an order outside Spain?

We currently serve worldwide shipments

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the delivery address you gave us or to one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded minus the cost of returning the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
