The curtain closes on padel in Seville

In the recent Sevilla Premier Padel P2 tournament, the couples Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan in the men's category, and Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez in the women's, managed to repeat their previous victory in Belgium. The men's final was notable for its intense play, where Chingotto and Galan overcame Franco Stupaczuk and Martin Di Nenno with a score of 7-6, 6-4. This match was notable for the strategic and physical skill, especially from Galan, who was named the MVP of the tournament.

In the women's category, Brea and Gonzalez completely dominated, beating world number ones Paula Josemaria and Ari Sanchez with a double 6-1. This was the third consecutive title for the pair, with Gonzalez reaching number 3 in the world rankings and Brea moving up to number 4. The victory was especially meaningful for Gonzalez, a native of Andalucia, who expressed her excitement to play and win on her home soil.

The Premier Padel circuit will continue with events in South America, including stops in Asuncion, Mar del Plata and Santiago, before returning to Spain in July for P1.
