Ensure the proper functioning of your HEAD PRESSURIZERS products with these simple cleaning and maintenance guidelines.

Dirt or sand particles present on tennis and padel courts, as well as ball hairs, can stick to the seal or O-ring of the pressurisers and make it difficult to seal the air inside the pressuriser. For this reason, it is vital to clean and lubricate regularly products.

To lubricate the products HEAD PRESSURIZERSRegardless of the model, the O-ring must be disassembled with a non-sharp tool and cleaned with a tissue. The cavity where the O-ring is placed must also be cleaned, as well as the spiral of the seal and the inside of the cover.

Afterwards, it is necessary to lubricate not too much the sealing spiral and the O-ring with silicone grease. If silicone grease is not available, water-based petroleum jelly or liquid glycerine can also be used. It is recommended that this process be carried out two or three times a year, depending on the use of the HEAD PRESSURIZERS.

CLEAN THE PRESSURISER FROM TIME TO TIME AND LUBRICATE IT:

  1. Disassemble the O-ring with something non-sharp to avoid damaging it, and clean it with a piece of paper.
  2. Clean the cavity or recess where the O-ring and the spiral are placed with a piece of paper.
  3. Clean the inside of the lid with a piece of paper.
  4. Lubricate NOT IN EXCESS with Silicon Grease. We recommend WEICON brand.

HEAD X100 BASKET CLEANING

 

CLEAN AND LUBRICATE THE PRESSURE BUCKET FROM TIME TO TIME:

  1. Remove the Lid and O-ring with something non-sharp so as not to damage it, and clean it with a piece of paper.
  2. Clean the cavity or recess in the Lid where the O-ring is placed with a piece of paper.
  3. Clean the contour of the Base where the O-ring sits with a piece of paper.
  4. DO NOT OVERLUBRICATE the O-ring with silicone grease or neutral Vaseline. We recommend WEICON brand.
